5. Collaborations & Payments
Users are responsible for agreements they enter into through mebff. Payment terms, deliverables, usage rights, and deadlines should be agreed upon by participating parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed. Any usage rights granted between users must be clearly agreed to by the parties involved.
7. Privacy
Your use of mebff is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
mebff may integrate with services such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, payment processors, and other third-party platforms. Their terms may also apply.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
mebff is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or outcomes arising from user interactions or collaborations.
11. Creator-to-Creator Collaborations
mebff enables creators to connect and collaborate directly. mebff is not a party to private agreements between users and is not responsible for payments, deliverables, or disputes arising from those relationships.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
